Dr. Baker is a native of Pulaski County. He graduated with High Distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 2003, and specialized in dermatology at Southern Illinois University.  He then completed a fellowship in Mohs Mircrographic & Reconstructive Surgery at Saint Louis University before returning to Somerset to enter private practice.
